Recommended Recipe

Espresso
Use a brew ratio of approximately 1:2. Start with 20g of coffee and aim for 38–40g of espresso out. Adjust the grind until the cup tastes balanced and sweet.

Filter
Use 16g of coffee with 240g of water, following a 1:15 brew ratio. A great starting point for V60 and other pour-over brewers.
