Our regular dispatch days are Wednesday and Thursdays. Your order will be prepared for an upcoming dispatch, subject to availability. Dispatch is the day your parcel leaves us, not the day it arrives.

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping service. Please allow for preparation as well as transit. If you need coffee by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Choose pickup at checkout. If your coffee is in stock at the store, it may be ready sooner. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup confirmation before visiting.

Our store receives its regular coffee delivery on Thursday afternoons. Pickup availability depends on that delivery and stock availability. We’ll confirm when your order is ready.

House Blend is our dark roast for chocolate like, nutty milk coffees with low acidity. Silver Lining is our mild, balanced roast for milk or black coffee, especially iced long blacks. Golden Hour focuses on fruit sweetness for black and filter coffee. Explore single origins by their tasting notes, or try our coffee finder.

Gold Label is our specially selected range, chosen for distinctive flavours, clarity and balance. Rarity alone isn’t enough. These coffees are best enjoyed black or brewed as filter coffee.

We offer one current decaf at a time. The coffee may change, but we aim for a balanced medium roast that works with or without milk.

Email us with your order number as soon as possible. We may not be able to make changes once an order has been prepared or dispatched.
