Golden Hour is the coffee we reach for when the morning feels too good to rush. Bright, delicate and naturally sweet, it’s our lightest blend and a good reason to stay where you are a little longer.

Tasting Notes
Golden Hour is bright and aromatic, with ripe blueberry sweetness, fresh orange and a tea-like Earl Grey finish. Light and clean, it’s the blend we reach for when we want a cup with a little more lift.
Recommended Recipe
Espresso
Use a slightly longer brew ratio of approximately 1:2.2. Start with 20g of coffee and aim for 42–44g of espresso out in around 28–32 seconds.
Filter
Use 15g of coffee with 240g of water, following a 1:16 brew ratio. Start with a medium-fine grind and adjust to keep the cup bright, sweet and clean.
