Tasting Notes
Full-bodied and deeply sweet, with rich dark chocolate, brown sugar and a gentle touch of orange zest. Made to stay bold and balanced through milk.
Recommended Recipe
Espresso
We recommend a short, ristretto-style espresso with a brew ratio between 1:1 and 1:1.5. This brings out a richer flavour and greater sweetness in the cup. Aim for an extraction time of around 27 seconds.
